Better Health Obesity

Task 1:

14.Name 3 recommendations on how to help solve the program of obesity in Australia?

1.do more exercises.

2.do not eat junk food.

3.check-up to a doctor regularly.

Task 2:

  • In my country, thin or slim is the best body shape just like western people think that there is a preference for thin or slim body. And people, in my home country, hope their body shape are healthy and beautiful.

  • Yes,overweight and obesity have become a problem in my home country recently, especially the children because their parents hope their kids are stronger than other people. So a lots of foods are given by their parents no matter they are hungry or not. So the kids are fatter and fatter.it is become a bigger and worse recycle. It is not good for a developing country.

Writing section:

1. According to the "Hot Chips cause Cancer" and " Take-Away Food Dangerous" I know that fast food and take-away food are not good for people because hot chips contain acrylamide, which is a chemical that causes cancer. Also take-away food can damage our eyes by eating monosodium glutamate (MSG) because MSG maybe contain some chemical too.So in my opinion fast food is junk food.we prefer to eat some nutritious food like vegetables or fruits It is good for people's health.

2. Different people have different views, In my opinion, I think "thin models" are not good for their health,so it is not promoted.just before mentioned that" Your body is your body." and attitudes that the fashion industry has toward weight and body image.I believe that models are not only coathangers for designers & props for the collection but most of important thing is a spirit of health bring to us.The words of "silm","slender" and "thin" don't meaning of underweight but health. So take care of your body.

3. Health Expo is held once a year in my TAFE.It is my honor to participate in the activity to support the Paralympics.Although Marion couldn't be school,we all do our best to do everything:we prepared a lot of food cooked by ourselves and raise some money for the Paralympics. There are lots of shows to introduce about health,Such as how to protect your teeth and how to prevent variety of diseases. In the middle of the activity,Sally give me a chance that is I and my classmate Ghasaq became volunteers to help people learn more about the paralympics,we hand out people some questionaires of the Expo and then get six stamps from the shows and you can have a chance to take pare in the raffle. It is very exciting.of course, we are very pleasure to do that. The activity is very successful. In the end of the Expo,we have a raffle activity and my AMEP's classmates get lots of big prizes.we are very happy on that day. It is very useful to us,because we can learn about some knowledge of paralympics and practise our oral English.

(Note:rest of parts, I will give you in handwriting on Monday. thank you.)
